首先查看一下suexe日志（tail -f /var/log/httpd/suexec.log）：
[2015-03-16 15:45:05]: directory is writable by others: (/home/www.***.com/fcgi-bin)
directory is writable by others原来是www.***.com网站的fcgi-bin目录多了写入权限。
知道了问题所在，接下来我们只需要将该目录的权限改一下就ok了。
具体操作步骤：
登陆SSH 执行命令 chmod 755 -R /home/www.***.com/fcgi-bin
执行完毕，重新打开网站就会发现500错误问题已经解决。
